The newly developed AMG 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine thrills with a power output of 265 kilowatts, which translates into an unrivalled power density of 133 kilowatts per litre.
- Power on a motorsport level: maximum torque is 450 newton metres. This power catapults the CLA AMG model in from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.
- Innovative components: the AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed sports transmission with three transmission modes, double-declutching and Race Start function as well as the performance-oriented 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system provide exhilarating dynamic handling. Thanks to a multi-disc clutch in the rear differential the torque can be split between front and rear axle at any ratio from 100 : 0 to 50 : 50 as the situation requires.
